How big of a tankless water heater will I need? We evaluate your specific needs and make a recommendation. As a guideline, the smallest unit (20 H x 14 W x 6 D) will supply hot water to one shower and one appliance simultaneously. A larger unit can handle up to four showers at once. Multiple units can be installed to handle any capacity.
Can I install the tankless water heater myself? The tankless water heater should be installed and serviced by a licensed plumber or service technician. The manufacturer voids the warranty if the unit is installed by an unlicensed person.
Where do you install the tankless water heater? The tankless unit can be installed almost anywhere with access to adequate air ventilation and where the heater exhaust can be vented to the outdoors. If you are replacing your current heater, we normally install the tankless where the old water heater is located.
Are there any special venting requirements for the tankless water heater? Yes, you must use a dedicated, approved stainless steel vent pipe for the entire exhaust run.
Will I have instant hot water at all my faucets and showers once I have installed the tankless water heater? No, the water still needs to reach your faucets. For instant hot water, you need a recirculation pump.

How long does a tankless water heater last? The average life is between 15 to 20 years. This is compared to a 6-10 year lifespan of a traditional tank water heater.
